I’ve had a few bad experiences with other sitters that has fueled anxiety about leaving my dog with someone besides family. I found Alexa and she immediately put me at ease. She really cares about my dog and understands my anxiety and does whatever she can to make me and my dog feel comfortable. During her last stay, we were travel delayed and Alexa went out of her way to make sure our dog was taken care of until we got home. It’s such a relief to have someone I trust and that my dog loves.

We were very hesitant to hire a stranger to take care of our cats, but we quickly changed our minds when we met Alexa. During the initial meet and greet, she came across as professional, caring and excited to bond with the cats. During each visit, she texted us pictures and updates. Upon our return, we found the cats were happy and well cared for and our house was in perfect order. Nothing out of place or disorderly. She was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be using her services in the future!

This was our first time leaving our dog with someone we didn’t know, and I can genuinely say Alexa made the experience so much less stressful for this helicopter dog mom. She sent regular updates with pictures, which was such a comfort, and made sure Rogue had all her usual stimulation and activities. I could tell our dog was happy, safe, and well cared for the entire time. We’re so grateful for her kindness, communication, and attentiveness, and would absolutely trust her to watch Rogue again. Alexa took excellent care of Delilah while I was gone for nearly 3 weeks. The daily updates and pictures put my anxious mind at ease, and I came home to a very well cared for and happy kitty! This was the best pet-sitting experience I’ve ever had!

Alexa is a lifesaver! She took care of our large dog and 3 cats impeccably while we were away for a week’s vacation. Alexa sent us photos every day. Alexa walks our Winnie everyday and it’s the absolute highlight of Winnie’s day. She’s an energetic pup and Alexa knows how to channel that energy and get her the exercise she needs. We don’t know what we would do without her. Alexa is a true member of our pack!

We really enjoyed Alexa. She is very trustworthy and caring. She dog sat for a weekend for us and sent tons of photos and was respectful of our house. I highly recommend!

There’s been many times when Alexa has been able to take care of our precious boy Ollie on short notice. And when Alexa is taking care of Ollie, I know he’s safe, getting good exercise and having fun. Alexa is awesome! I would highly recommend her services!

My husband and I have used Alexa several times when we had to go away and couldn’t take the dogs. It was so reassuring knowing our pets were in the comfort of our own home and being so well taken care of. They were walked, played with, and loved!!
